Cady has more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry including both the supply and demand side policy and project management. She served as the deputy director and chief economist for the Alaska Energy Authority working on rural energy infrastructure development and maintenance. Most recently she is the Deputy Program Manager for a City of Portland program with around $150 million in annual revenue for projects that address climate change and prioritize frontline communities as beneficiaries and decision-makers.
