Juliana is a Southeast Alaska enthusiast and works as Southeast Conference’s Mariculture Program Manager. Juliana has worked as a government liaison in a variety of roles for Alaska’s state departments, the Alaska State Legislature, and the Office of the Governor. Juliana specializes in relationship development and policy research and analysis. Juliana received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Seattle Pacific University. Juliana has spent the last seven years enjoying spending her time on the trails with her dogs, around campfires with friends and exploring Alaska’s endless wilderness by boat, plane, and boot.
